Residential designs follow the Code for Sustainable Homes. For commercial and public sector projects, PCMS benchmarks designs against the BREEAM criteria.

Fees & charges

With PCMS, you will know the fees involved from the outset so that you can budget accordingly, and there are no hidden charges. At PCMS we also understand the importance of fixing as many project costs as possible. This includes our fees.

We charge a fixed fee based on the estimated construction cost and the work involved. Whereas some companies will continue to charge additional sums if the project is delayed or goes over deadline, PCMS delivers projects for the quoted fee.
